My work encompasses Current Affairs and Light Entertainment OBs for the BBC.

Recent jobs have included Children in Need for BBC Bristol in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Current Affairs have included "Who wants to be Bristol Mayor" for BBC Parliament and "Our Economy Debate" and "More Power to the West" for BBC Points West.

I have worked on a number of major exhibition designs. In 2011 I conceived, designed and project managed the STLD LED Shootout at PLASA 2011. This was avery large 240 sq M stand dedicated to showcasing the latest developments in LED lighting for TV and Events.

In 2012 and 2014 I designed the lighting for the two TV studios built as part of the Panasonic Broadcast Stand at the IBC Exhibition in the RAI Centre in Amsterdam. Both events featured a largely LED lighting rig.

THEATRE

My work in the Theatre covers a period of over 40 years and around 60 productions. I have designed and built sets for small studio productions up to full sized stage shows.

My main interest is lighting however and again I have worked across a full range of productions in musical and straight theatre.

In 1979 I was deeply involved in the re-design and re-building of the Albany Empire Theatre in Deptford after its firebombing by the National Front. In 1980 I worked with the Architects on the new Albany Empire was which built on a new site off Deptford High Street.
